Ready for Vacation
But, I am looking forward to a week of vacation which starts right after I drop Len Sweet off at his hotel (he's speaking in the Twin Cities tonight, then we're going out for a beer). We're going to Naples, Florida, where my parents and Julie's parents spend the winter. (But we're leaving our big, scary dog at home, so stay away!) Other than the plane flights, our vacation should be fantastic.
I've been working on my presentation for the Wheaton Theology Conference, but I'm not nearly far enough yet. The pressure is mounting. It's coming together, but slowly.
And I'm spending an inordinate amount of time getting ready for the EV conversation with Caputo and Kearney: administration, reading, emails, etc. It's going to be fantastic. Plus, we've got the annual EV board meeting on the day preceding that event.
So, here's a public promise that I'll blog more soon...
(BTW, it seems that some of the Tony-haters have returned in the comment section. For a long time I quit blogging and turned off the comments to shed these people, which I did. But some of them are back. I encourage you, my friends, to ignore them.)
