Send My Kids to College!!!

Dear Friends,

I beseech you to click here, and help a struggling Ph.D. student pay the bills. Seriously, diapers, baby food, swimming lessons -- you can help!

And for all of those pro-homeschoolers who think that I'm the spawn of Satan, this may show you that I'm actually someone who believes in wholesome, family values like prayer and the Bible (you may want to skip the chapters on the labyrinth and icons).

C'mon, let's get that Amazon ranking into the four-digits! (And feel free to leave overwhelmingly positive reviews on Amazon.)

Love ya,

Tony

[UPDATE: My kids thank Jenell for the kind review!]

I'd otherwise help out, but you sound like you're doing a Ph.D in continental philosophy and theology and I can't promote stuff anything that is detrimental to one's mental health... ;)

As soon as I start a CoHort in Tampa, I will buy your book. I never bought PMYM, so maybe this one (becuase of Tickle).

As for your issues with homeschoolers, I have had similar issues. However, on my blog (not interesting enough for someone of your writing prowess to read) I mentioned being interested in homeschooling for a moment after reading Juliet Schor's Born To Buy about marketing in school. It is still on the main page i think.

Alright, I'll give it a shot. Maybe I'll even revue it, too. I went ahead and bundled it with Generous Orthodoxy, too.

I picked up the CDs of your talks at NYWC (Atlanta) and got our Administrative Assistant hooked on them last week. She exclaimed "This is what I've been trying to tell people!". I lent her Pomo Youth Ministry and she finished it the same night. Sadly, she's so stressed out that today she announced she is quitting. Sad stuff.

All I can say about the last comment is ouch!Okay, It's on order, but I went through Cokesbury so that I could get my denominational discount. See, there is some advantage to being coopted by the powers and principalities! :)

my kid wants to know if this is soul shaper repackaged... they are willing to let me spend their college money if it is a new pub, not just repackaged or re-edited.

Hey tony,
I am going to buy a copy of your book, but I refuse to pay the overpriced amazon.com price for a book I could save $0.80 on at walmart.com. I mean really I don't care what kind of school your kids get to go to, what is really important to me is saving money and making the richest family in the world more money.
